Description
On Chartres St. looking toward Jackson Square in New Orleans, one can see the balconies on buildings, wrought iron, lampposts, rooftops, and the spires and other elements of the facade of St. Louis Cathedral. This is in the French Quarter. The image is a digital charcoal on a golden paper with a nice vignette around the edges.

Thanks, Steve and Bob. You know what I like about the charcoal digital work I did on this image---the important things dominate and there is mystery in the glow of the gold paper. The annoying things like signs are visibly lessened. It was a photo with a lot of cacophony going on. I did not like that. :) kk
